When I first met Dr. Dodds I had a very limited range of motion in my neck and I dealt with snapping and grinding in both my neck and head. I also had extremely tight neck and shoulder muscles that caused a general feeling of uncomfortableness. Sadly, I was unable to do normal physical activities. I was just too uncomfortable. And, I think worst of all, I suffered from a constant buzzing in my ears. But all is not lost! Now, after 7 weeks of adjustments, I can say that I am much, much improved. I no longer suffer from many of the above ailments. And, equally importantly, I feel a bit of a new lease on life! I believe that correction of my upper cervical spine has directly given that newfound energy to me. I am so glad I found Dr. Jake and Dr. Lauren! I had moderate to severe back and hip pain to the point where I could never relax or otherwise get extreme spinal muscle spasms. I’m now in my 6th week of adjustments and my spasms have completely gone away (after first 4 weeks). I’m feeling better and better every week, and so glad I did the Structural Energetics program Dr. Jake prescribed. It was an investment but my positive results came so quickly, it was well worth the money! One warning: you’ll have such a relaxing adjustment experience you’ll likely leave your first Appointment wondering if they forgot to actually give you an adjustment. No back cracking, neck popping and the like. Their adjustment method is extremely subtle, but boy you just feel immediate relief when you leave. When they explained it to me, it just made so much sense and you can’t argue with the results! I cannot recommend Dr. jake and team enough!
