When I first met Dr. Dodds I had a very limited range of motion in my neck and I dealt with snapping and grinding in both my neck and head. I also had extremely tight neck and shoulder muscles that caused a general feeling of uncomfortableness. Sadly, I was unable to do normal physical activities. I was just too uncomfortable. And, I think worst of all, I suffered from a constant buzzing in my ears. But all is not lost! Now, after 7 weeks of adjustments, I can say that I am much, much improved. I no longer suffer from many of the above ailments. And, equally importantly, I feel a bit of a new lease on life! I believe that correction of my upper cervical spine has directly given that newfound energy to me. I am so glad I found Dr. Jake and Dr. Lauren! I had moderate to severe back and hip pain to the point where I could never relax or otherwise get extreme spinal muscle spasms. I’m now in my 6th week of adjustments and my spasms have completely gone away (after first 4 weeks). I’m feeling better and better every week, and so glad I did the Structural Energetics program Dr. Jake prescribed. It was an investment but my positive results came so quickly, it was well worth the money! One warning: you’ll have such a relaxing adjustment experience you’ll likely leave your first Appointment wondering if they forgot to actually give you an adjustment.
